Our two part process to streamline your new kitchen project!
One of our representatives will schedule a time for a quick walk-around and get all details required to build your proposal
You will receive a proposal from Devello via email which includes all raw materials, labor, & recycling costs.
We will schedule an appointment with one of our partnering Kitchen Showrooms for cabinet and countertop selection.
No two kitchens are the same and that is why we give our clients complete control of their cabinet/countertop budget. (a placeholder budget is used for initial quote)
*A Devello representative will accompany you to the showroom for consultation if requested.
After reviewing our proposal and making [if] any changes necessary, we are ready to sign and set up a start date!
We require a deposit of 50% at signing to ensure smooth project progress.

We will start sourcing/buying required raw materials and place the order for you cabinets & countertop

Skilled laborers are scheduled for your project date.

Pre-work inspection: To ensure a quality project we will inspect the space close to start date in case any extra support/raw materials are needed to complete the project
Construction phases

Demolition.

Showroom representatives arrive to get accurate measurements to ensure best fit.

Plumbing, vent access, all surface damages revealed during demolition are worked on.

Kitchen cabinet/countertop installation
Upon completion, one of our representatives will do a final inspection for quality check and address any concerns/questions you might have.
Final Payment will be due at final inspection and we hope you enjoy your new kitchen!
